Syracuse has won national titles in soccer, football, field hockey and basketball. And one of the greatest campus legends to ever step foot on the hardwood didn’t just walk those well-trodden grounds in 2002-03, he glided.

Carmelo Anthony. The man known forever as Melo. The freshman superstar who carried the championship tradition by winning a national title in 2003.
