The year was 2010. CC Sabathia for the better part of the aughts had distinguished himself as one of the greatest pitchers playing in Cleveland and Milwaukee, but there was an exclusive club calling to him — The Black Aces. Only 13 Black pitchers in the history of the MLB before him had ever won 20 games in a season, and that year with New York Sabathia went 21-7 to become the No. 14.

It's a legendary accomplishment in a Hall of Fame career, and we're paying respect where it’s due!
