Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to entrants that are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Roots of Fight™, their immediate families, and anyone living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The entry period for the giveaway begins on Friday 19th July 2024 and ends on Friday 2nd August 2024. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM (PT) on the closing date.
How to Enter: Complete the entry form and answer the giveaway question correctly to be eligible. Only one entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Prizes:

Gold Prize: $500 gift card for the Olympian Gold Collection.
Silver Prize: $250 gift card for the Olympian Gold Collection.
Bronze Prize: $100 gift card for the Olympian Gold Collection.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified via email by Tuesday 6th August 2024.
Prize Notification and Claim: Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form. Winners must respond to the notification email within 3 days to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
General Conditions:

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the sponsor’s sole discretion.
Roots of Fight™ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Roots of Fight™ in its sole discretion.

Privacy: By participating, you agree that your personal information provided in the entry form will be used by Roots of Fight™ for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Roots of Fight™ and its agents to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in any jurisdiction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Roots of Fight™ in connection with the giveaway, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the entrants country, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Roots of Fight™ is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by participants, tampering, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the giveaway.

By entering the giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Roots of Fight™, which are final and binding in all respects.
