Hello, I purchased this item but had to exchange it to a size up now needing a Medium. I shipped the item back through usps and it said to be delivered on Monday December 7. I’ve sent you guys 2 emails regarding the status of my package so I know wether to do a claim with usps or continue waiting. I really hope someone reads this review as at this point I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service. As great as your products are, it wouldn’t hurt to work on getting back to people in a more timely manner. Thank you.
