Citing his religious beliefs, he refused military induction and was stripped of his heavyweight championship and banned from boxing for three years during the prime of his career. Sacrifice is a hallmark of Ali's legacy. Despite deteriorating health, Ali would remain in the public spotlight, traveling the world to make humanitarian, goodwill, and charitable appearances. He never stopped giving and using his voice to help the voiceless. It was his mission to touch, inspire, and help as many people as possible.

He always sought to find what we all share in common and bridge divides. There can only be one known simply as 'The Greatest'.
